The Directorate of Social Welfare, Special Education & Women Empowerment, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for various regular positions. Recruitment will be conducted through the Educational Testing Evaluation Authority (ETEA) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants (APT) Rules, 1989.

A. Ministerial Staff

1. Assistant (BPS-16)
   • Qualifications: Second-class Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
   • Age Limit: 20-32 years
   • Quota: Women = 1 | Minority = 1 | Merit = 1 | Zone-I = 1
2. Computer Operator (BPS-16)
   • Qualifications:
     • Second-class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (BIT/BCS 4 years), or equivalent.
     • OR Second-class Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a one-year diploma in Information Technology.
   • Age Limit: 21-35 years
   • Quota: Women = 1 | Minority = 2 | Merit = 1 | Zone-I = 1
3. Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)
   • Qualifications:
     • Second-division Intermediate Certificate.
     • Typing speed of 50 words per minute in English and 35 words per minute in shorthand.
     • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
   • Age Limit: 18-30 years
   • Quota: Women = 2 | Minority = 1 | Merit = 1

B. Staff for Social Welfare Service Delivery Units

1. Religious Theology Teacher (Female) (BPS-16)
   • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Islamic Studies or equivalent from a recognized religious institute.
   • Age Limit: 18-32 years
   • Quota: Merit = 1
2. Beautician/Beautician Instructor (Female) (BPS-12)
   • Qualifications: Second-division Intermediate Certificate with a two-year Beautician Diploma from the Board of Technical Education.
   • Age Limit: 18-28 years
   • Quota: Minority = 2 | Merit = 2 | Zone-II to Zone-VI = 5
3. Religious Teacher (Female) (BPS-12)
   • Qualifications: BA in Theology (Islamic Studies/Arabic) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
   • Age Limit: 18-30 years
   • Quota: Minority = 2 | Merit = 2

C. Teaching Staff in Schools for Special Children

1. Junior Teacher (BPS-16)
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and diploma in teaching from a recognized institution.
   • Age Limit: 21-28 years
   • Quota: Merit = 1
2. Senior Teacher (BPS-16)
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education from a recognized university.
   • Age Limit: 18-25 years
   • Quota: Women = 1 | Zone-I to Zone-IV = 4

How to Apply

1. Visit the official ETEA website to apply online.
2. After submission, generate and print the prescribed deposit slip.
3. Deposit the test fee through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or UBL OMNI agent.
4. Retain the original deposit slip and application printout.
5. Candidates will be informed via SMS to download and print their roll number slips.
6. The deadline for online applications is January 24, 2025.

Terms & Conditions

1. All candidates will undergo an ETEA screening test.
2. No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
3. Equivalent certifications from HEC must be provided where applicable.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
5. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
